POPIA Statement

Service Sense is a product of Nexus Logic (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/756972/07). We are committed to processing personal information lawfully and transparently, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA").

Our role

• Responsible party: Nexus Logic (Pty) Ltd (trading as Service Sense, registration number 2026/756972/07) is the responsible party for information about Service Sense subscribers, their users and website visitors.
• Operator: For feedback that customers and staff submit through a business's QR code, the business is the responsible party and Nexus Logic processes the information on its behalf as an operator.

Our commitments

• We collect only the information we need, for specific and lawful purposes.
• We do not sell or rent personal information.
• We protect information with appropriate security measures and require our service providers to do the same.
• We only transfer information outside South Africa where POPIA allows it.
• We keep information only for as long as we need it or the law requires.
• We will notify the Information Regulator and affected people if a security compromise occurs, as POPIA requires.
• We only send marketing with consent, or to existing customers as POPIA allows, and every message includes a free way to opt out.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us whether we hold your personal information, request a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its processing, object to direct marketing, and withdraw consent you have given. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator. Our Privacy Policy explains how to make a request.
